Christiane's Gourmet Vegan Brownie.
Christiane Voisin, great grand-daughter of Marie Anna Voisin (born in Britanny, France in 1896) grew up watching
her Dad (Peter) and the entire family create and prepare the family meals. With a Masters in Library science,
Christiane has used her passions of research and culinary skills to create recipees for individuals who have special dietary
needs. Her Vegan Brownie is now a regular menu item at the Sage Vegetarian Cafe in Chapel Hill, NC. If you have food allergies such as celiac disease, diabetes, love the taste of chocolate
but do not want the caffeine, then Christiane's Vegan Brownie is for you!
